• All items are custom-made and may vary slightly from images shown.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if a product is unavailable or in cases of suspected fraud.

2. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are displayed in USD and may change without notice.
• We use Stripe to securely process payments. By completing a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

3. Shipping

• We will ship to the address provided at checkout.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays outside of our control.

4. Returns & Store Credit

• We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only.
• Returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including designs, images, and text, is the property of Jörgens Design and may not be reproduced without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s) in question.
